Adding Client Notes
You can access the Client Notes either in the Top Bar or Side by under Clients/ Company CRM and Add Notes
From here you can select the Client and Note Type
Carer's can also add notes directly on their mobile, for more information view Mobile - Client information
Adding in Client Care Worker Alerts
Care Workers can be shown alert notes relating to the client.
To add a note:
1. Head into the client profile as per steps above (either top bar or navigation menu)
2. Select "edit settings"
3. Navigate down and fill in the boxes as required
Please note - "Notes" will only be shown to admins/schedulers
"Important Notes for Staff" will be shown to care workers
