Some appointments cannot be changed from scheduled time whereas some can be more flexible with time.
TurnPoint allows you to mark this on appointment.
To highlight this:
- When creating an appointment, select the correct preference under ‘flexible with time’, “no” indicates the client is not flexible with time.
- Go ahead and continue making the appointment. If you are having trouble, please see here for a guide.
To review which appointment is flexible with time, hover over ‘display options’ in the weekly planner and select “highlight status/flexibility”
Once selected, appointments that are not flexible will be highlighted in red, and the ones flexible with time will be highlighted in green.
This way, when admin staff need to work on Weekly planner for rostering, they understand which appointments shouldn’t be moved to another date & time.
