A major change under SAH is with Transport Services and how they are billed for. Under Home Care Packages, Time and KM's were billed separately, under SAH these need to be combined into one published price.
In order to make this is as simple as possible, we recommend setting up different service types for different lengths of KM's, some examples below:
- Transport 0-20km
- Transport 20-50km
- Transport 50km+
With the new Price Plan module for SAH you will be able to associate a fixed cost with each of these new service types by setting billing type as Trip
