A major improvement with the new weekly planner is the Right Click Menu and the variety of functions that can now be completed right from the Weekly Planner
Accessing the Right Click Menu
The Right Click Menu can be opened simply by right clicking anywhere within the Weekly Planner Roster. Some items might by only available on certain views or when right clicking on existing appointments.
View Details
View Details is available when right clicking on an existing appointment both in the weekly, daily, user and client views.
Once clicked a card will be placed next to the appointment block with more details about the appointment including:

Status:
The Status of the Appointment -
Referrer:
If the client has an associated referrer it will show here -
Service:
Will show the full service type name associated with the appointment -
Day:
What day/date the appointment falls on -
Time:
Shows the time of the appointment as well as whether the appointment is flexible or not -
Qualifications:
Will show the qualifications that have been ticked as part of the appointment -
Notes:
Will show the appointment notes of the appointment
Add Rostering Note
After clicking, the Weekly Planner will pop up a space for you to add in your rostering note for the appointment. Simple type in your note and press Update. Please note that the note is not saved until you save the entire weekly planner (see here for steps)
Note: Rostering Note's are only visible in the Weekly Planner
If you want to view an existing saved Roster Note, simply click right click on the appointment and click on View Details - successive rostering notes will be shown in dot points:
Unassign
Unassign is available when right clicking on an existing appointment on the user view in the weekly or daily range. Clicking this button will move the appointment out of the roster into the unallocated section ready for re-allocation.
Focus Worker
Find New Worker is available when right clicking on an existing appointment on the user view in the weekly or daily range. Clicking will Focus the worker to the top of the table and allow you to click and drag to another user:
Create Appointment
Create Appointment is available on the user view in the weekly or daily range. This is a brand new feature allowing you to create an appointment directly from the weekly planner:
- Quick Add Appointment
The first screen to show will prefill any information it can:- Appointment Date (Weekly and Daily View)
- Start/End Time (Daily View)
- Worker (Auto picked based on where you right click)
- Worker and Qualifications
The second page confirms which Service Type you want to utilise and which Care Worker will be assigned (if you need to change)
- Confirm
A final page to press submit
View Appointment
View Appointment is available on previously created appointments on any view and range and will open the appointment in a new tab when click
View Parent
View Parent is available on previously created appointments that have been created from a repeat appointment as well as any newly created but not saved appointment on any view and range and will open the appointment in a new tab when click
View Client
View Client is available on any appointment card and will take you directly to the client in a new tab when clicked
