Here at TurnPoint we acknowledge that in the unlikely event of any server side issues, such as during scheduled maintenance, you will still need access to your information. Many providers provide 24/7 support and as such you will need access to rosters, appointments and client information.
For this reason, we have in place a detailed back up system that can be used to access this information for your organisation. It contains information such as appointment details, client records, etc.
Providers can access our Backup system to get this data by accessing the following link using the same log in details as provided:

Note: We recommend only administrators access the back-up system. While Care Workers have access to this as it may cause issues appointment data is recorded here instead of the live system and changes made in the backup system will not carry across into the live system.
