An Invoice export facility is available to create a file of billing records, per appointment within a filtered period, to provide to an accounting system for invoicing purposes.
The main menu on the left holds a section for Invoice related functions. Selecting Client Invoices from the menu leads you a listing of all invoices for all clients with filtering by various fields,
- Invoice Number,
- Client Name,
- Referrer,
- Date Range,
- Invoice Status,
- Invoice Total,
- Subsidy Total.
To view, edit or export to pdf an individual invoice, select the Invoice Number field in the listing to see the Invoice Details screen (to the right).
