January 2025 - Appointments Upgrade

As announced in July 2024, TurnPoint has undertaken a project to upgrade its software. In January 2025, we are releasing the first round of upgrades to all users of the software. This upgrade will be relatively minor but sets the groundwork required for some larger upgrades.

This update will update most Appointment Features including:

• Adding/Editing/Cancelling Appointments and Repeat Appointments
• Viewing/Exporting Appointments and Repeat Appointments
• Transport Appointments (Single Trip only)

Some Appointment Features will not be updated yet including:

• Group Appointments
• Leave Appointments
• Support Coordination Appointments

This will remain as they currently are and will be prioritised at a later date.
