💼 Budget Planner Enhancements

  • Refresh Contributions Feature: Users can now refresh client co-contribution percentages to reflect the most up-to-date values. A new icon in the Budget Edit view allows for quick updates, and a warning indicator highlights any changes.
  • Reducer Refactor & UI Improvements: Major cleanup of the Budget/Sections/Items logic to improve performance and maintainability.

  • Budget Status Visibility & Editing
    Users can now view and edit the status of a budget directly from the top of the page. Logic has been added to prevent multiple active budgets for the same funding type within a quarter.
  • Bulk Budget Updates
    Introduced a bulk update feature allowing users to change budget statuses and price plan versions across multiple budgets. Includes conflict detection and permission controls.
  • Bulk Upload Templates for SAH Contributions
    Templates for uploading services, clients, and budgets are now available for bulk operations, streamlining onboarding and data entry.
     

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Budget Editing Fix for certain Service Types
    Resolved an issue where budget changes were not saved correctly when editing invoice billing types. The system now properly updates and displays price and total values during edits.
  • Dynamic Budget Allocation Totals
    The "Allocated Total" field in the Budget Planner now updates dynamically during budget creation and editing, improving accuracy and user experience.
  • Hours vs Quantity Display Logic
    Budget rows now display "hours" or "qty" based on the billing type (Hourly or Trip), ensuring clearer context for users during budget setup.
  • Price Plan Lookup Limit Removed
    Fixed an issue where users couldn’t access the correct price plan due to a limit on the number of plans shown. The lookup field now supports more entries.
  • Budget Detection by Funding Type
    The system now automatically detects case management budgets based on funding type codes, improving automation and reducing manual setup.

  • Bulk Update Tool Added: Users can now bulk update appointments and repeat appointments by date range and package type, with clear warnings and impact summaries. This is only available to users with Unlock Permissions

💰 Budget Planner Enhancements

  • PDF Export: Budgets can now be printed to PDF with branding and contact details, matching the review layout.
  • Funding Type Visibility: Funding and package types are now visible in both budget summaries and edit views.
  • Price Difference Indicators: Visual warnings highlight discrepancies between stored and revised prices.
  • Public Holiday Cost Integration: Budget calculations now factor in public holiday rates using company event data.
  • HCP Unspent Funds Tracking: A new database tracks unspent funds , visible in all budgets.
  • Needs Review View: New views help identify budgets needing review or using outdated price plan revisions.
  • Funding Type Display in Tables: Funding types now appear directly in budget tables.

✅ Supplier Invoice Enhancements

  • Renamed Cost to Rate: The term "Cost" has been updated to "Rate" across supplier invoice models and interfaces to better reflect billing terminology.
  • Approval Access Setup: A new access control system has been implemented for supplier invoice approvals. Default access is granted to Accounts and Unlock users, with customizable permissions for others (View, Approve, Senior Approve).

🛠️ Budget Planner Fixes

  • Budget Issue Resolved: Fixed a glitch where service categories were not appearing during budget creation, causing duplicate entries for clients.

💰 Price Plan Updates

  • Decimal Support: Users can now enter decimal values in price plans for more accurate billing.
  • Unified Price Plan Interface: Billing rules and pricing have been merged into a single view for easier configuration.
  • New Price Plan Type – Trip: Introduced a "Trip" billing rule, functioning similarly to hourly billing but based on quantity per trip. This includes shift-based pricing logic. This can also be used for Meal Services where it is quantity based not hourly

  • Case Management Service Types: Admins can now configure service types specific to Case Management, improving booking accuracy.
  • Note Visibility Customisation: Providers can now restrict mobile note visibility to specific types (e.g., Progress Notes), with flexible configuration option
  • Public Holiday Visibility Fix (WPV2): Public holidays now correctly display in Weekly Planner v2, with visual indicators and tooltips for clarity.
  • Meal & Shift Break Logic Updated (WPV2): Adjusted break calculations to prevent overlaps with appointments and ensure accurate timing.
  • Tea Break Toggle Respected (WPV2): Tea breaks are no longer calculated when the setting is turned off in Daily View.
  • Travel Visualisation Enhancements (WPV2): Added warnings when users lack valid addresses, preventing inaccurate travel generation.

  • Dropdown for Item/Wraparound Codes: New dropdowns added to invoice items for selecting associated SAH service codes.
  • Invoice Row Completion Fix: Resolved issue preventing selection of package, service, or PO number when creating invoice rows.
  • Character Limit Increased: Invoice description field expanded to ~210 characters for Basscare, ensuring full visibility.

📊 Budget Planner Enhancements

  • SAH/HCP Transitioned Levels Added: Four new funding levels introduced with accurate yearly amounts.
  • Contribution Display Fix: Valid client contributions now correctly appear and split in the Budget Planner.

📝 Notes & Case Management

  • Update Warning for Notes: Added confirmation popup when updating Case Management entries to prevent confusion.

🐛 Bug Fixes

NDIS Cancellation Reasons Re-Added: Appointment cancellation dropdown now includes NDIS-specific reasons when applicable.

💡 Feature Enhancements

  • Budget Planner – Shift Logic Update
    Improved how weekday and shift selections behave. Shift options now dynamically adjust based on selected days, and public holiday shifts are auto-triggered based on settings.
  • Price Plan – $0 Value Support
    Users can now enter $0 values in price plans, as long as at least one column has a value greater than zero. This ensures flexibility without affecting budget calculations.
  • SAH Budget Planner – UI Polishing
    Several refinements were made:
    • Alphabetical sorting for service name lookups
    • Tab renamed to “SAH Approved Services”
    • Funding type values now match configuration labels
    • Categories reordered for clarity
    • Improved filtering logic for service types
    • Budget total and GST note now combined for cleaner layout
  • CAT – Access Token Management
    Introduced a list view for managing company access tokens. Includes details like name, expiry, usage, and actions to disable tokens.

🧹 Bug Fixes

  • NDIS Rate Correction
    Corrected mismatched rates for Supported Independent Living services during weekday nights.
  • Timesheet Display Issue
    Resolved a bug where group appointments with over 100 clients failed to show all participants.
  • High Intensity Service Rate 
    Updated incorrect pricing for high intensity SIL services to match the NDIS catalogue.
  • Rejected Loads on Mount (WP Beta)
    Addressed conflicts and missing qualifications that caused rejected loads during mount operations.
  • Weekly Planner Alert (TP2)
    Fixed missing alerts for maximum hours in the weekly planner. Cancelled appointments are now correctly included.

📅 Weekly Planner Improvements

  • Infinite Scrolling Fixed: The Weekly Planner now correctly loads additional appointments when scrolling to the bottom.
  • Save & Refresh Bug Resolved: Appointments now display correctly after saving, without needing multiple refreshes.
  • Unallocated Sorting Logic Updated: Single appointments now appear before repeats when sorted by start time.
  • New Filter Added: Option to hide system-only users in the planner view.
  • Right-Click Menu for Unallocated Appointments: Quick edit functionality added for unallocated appointments, allowing changes without navigating away.
  • Distance Display on Allocation: When allocating appointments, the system now shows the distance from the previous appointment or home location.
  • Multiple API Calls on Load Fixed: Weekly Planner now loads efficiently without redundant API requests.

🧾 Appointments & Invoicing

  • Export Filters Fixed: Appointment exports now correctly reflect selected filters like care worker and client.
  • Travel Exempt Appointments: Travel charges are now correctly excluded when marked as exempt.
  • NDIS Invoice Description Fix: Service type names now correctly reflect updates in NDIS invoices.
  • Group Trip Calculator: A new tool calculates optimal pickup/drop-off routes for group appointments, with map previews and bulk updates.

🧮 Budget Tracker Enhancements

  • Booked Appointments Calculation: Budget Tracker now includes both single and repeat appointments in the "booked" count.
  • Case Management Summary: New visual summaries added to Budget Tracker for case management data.
  • Progress Bar Visuals: Introduced a new component for displaying budget usage in a clear, visual format.

  • Unallocated Appointments: Unsaved appointments now appear pinned at the top of the unallocated list until saved.
  • Preference Highlighting: Likes/dislikes indicators added when allocating unallocated appointments, mirroring V1 behavior.

  • SAH Data Release: We have released the last stage of SAH Data required to complete the setup items. This includes, SAH Service Type Matching and Price Plans.
    • Reference Data Migration: Full migration of Support at Home reference data completed, including services, categories, and classifications.
    • Database Schema Update: New schema and foreign keys added to support SAH classifications and funding types.

  • Suburb Display: Appointment details now include the suburb field for easier location identification.
  • User Qualifications Filter: Only relevant qualifications are shown for appointment matching, improving accuracy.
  • Hours Calculation Fix: Appointments with service types marked as “none” or “fixed” are now excluded from total hours calculations.

  • Care Worker Availability Bug: Resolved issue where care workers set as available for overnight shifts were incorrectly marked unavailable.
  • User Admin Display Issue: Fixed errors causing user pages to show “edit undefined” and fail to load data correctly.

  • Improved Appointment Visibility: Icons for travel and breaks now remain visible even in short-duration appointments. Font sizes adjusted to prevent overlap.
  • Leave Indicator: Workers on leave are now visually marked with a subtle cross-hatch pattern in pink/purple on both day and week views.
  • New Settings Option: Users can now toggle the display of qualifications on appointment cards.
  • Rejected Appointments Sidebar: This sidebar now dynamically appears only if the company allows rejected appointments.
  • Rostering Notes: Users can add and edit notes explaining changes to appointments. Notes are visible on hover and editable via a new right-click menu.
  • Infinite Scrolling: A scroll listener now preloads the next 30 rows before reaching the bottom of the screen for smoother navigation.
  • Status Strip Component: The status strip used across various cards has been modularised for easier reuse and maintenance.
  • Unallocated Appointments Sorting: Unallocated appointments are now sorted by date and time for better clarity.

  • Case Management Navigation Crash: Fixed a crash when switching from Case Management to Weekly Planner Beta due to leftover data.

  • Weekly Planner V2 Release: Its finally here! The weekly planner Beta has been released and is available to those providers who are part of the Beta program. The Weekly Planner V2 will be more widely released in the coming weeks - read our updated KB articles here
