One of the greatest improvements to the Weekly Planner version 2 is the search functionality. With version 2, you are able to pick and choose your various attributes and TurnPoint will combine these to show you exactly what you want to see.
Accessing Search
To access the search settings of the weekly planner simply head over to the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner. This opens Filters options.
Add Filters to Search
To add filters to the search you can use the filter drop-down menu to select which filters you want to use.
The following options are available within View - Users/Weekly:

Care Worker:
Filter the roster down to only show appointments that are assigned to chosen workers -
Region:
If you have Regions set up in your system, filter the weekly planner down to appointments that have been rostered from that region (both worker and clients will show) -
Pay Level:
Filter the roster down to users of the chosen pay level, i.e. PT vs Casual staff -
Department:
Also known as "Team" filter the roster down based of User's Department/Team -
User Location:
If you utilising the User Location feature, filter workers to show those assigned to particular locations. -
Appointment Location
Filter Appointments that are part of a particular location to see more information about adding in locations to an appointment click here -
Client
Filter the roster down to show only appointments that relate to chosen clients -
Pickup/Dropoff location
Filter the roster down to show the selected location that has been attached to a transport appointments pickup/drop off location
Once you have chosen your filters, you can then specify what information you want in one or multiple filters by clicking on the relevant drop down. You can add as many pieces of information to each filter.
Once you are happy with your filters, press Go and the roster will filter based on your chosen selections
Saving Filters
Depending on your use case, you may have a need to always use the same filter for the weekly planner. To make this easy, TurnPoint stores your filter options in the URL bar once you have pressed go:
To save your filter, simply Bookmark your page and you will always be able to return to the same set.
