TurnPoint will soon be releasing a brand new set of features to manage Co-Contributions including the creating invoices directly in the software.
Overview
The Client Contributions view provides a comprehensive summary of Support at Home claims and reconciliations, helping you track government contributions and client co-contributions in one centralised location. This tool is designed to assist with preparing accurate client invoices and understanding payment obligations.
Accessing Client Contributions
- Navigate to SAH Claims from the main menu
- Click on the Contributions tab
- The table displays a summary of contributions grouped by client
Understanding the Contributions Table
The table displays the following information for each client:
- Client Name - Each client appears once with aggregated data
- Count of Reconciliations - Number of payment reconciliations within the selected date range
- Count of Reconciliation Items - Total individual line items across all reconciliations
- Sum of Claimed - Total amount claimed from government
- Sum of Government Contribution - Amount received or expected from government
- Sum of Co-Contribution - Amount to be invoiced to the client
- Sum of Paid - Total payments received (Government + Co-Contribution)
Filtering Contributions Data
Use the search and filter options to refine the data displayed:
Client Search
Enter the client's name in the text search field to quickly locate specific client records.
Reconciliation Date Range
Filter contributions by the date the reconciliation was added to the system. This helps you focus on specific billing periods or recent activity.
Claim Date Range
Filter by the date claims were added to the system, useful for tracking when services were originally claimed.
Funding Type
Select one or multiple funding types to view contributions for specific service categories. This multi-select filter helps segment reporting by service type.
Using Contributions for Client Invoicing
The Contributions view is designed to support your invoicing workflow as an initial starting point. More comprehesive features will be released shortly.
- Filter the data by your desired billing period using the date range filters
- Review the Sum of Co-Contribution column to identify amounts owed by clients
- Cross-reference the Sum of Government Contribution to verify expected payments from government
- Use this information to prepare accurate client invoices for their portion of service costs
