When a leave request is approved, TurnPoint can now automatically notify a chosen list of recipients — for example, your rostering team. The approval email includes the care worker's name, leave dates, leave type, and a direct link to the request. The existing notification to the care worker is unchanged.
This feature is enabled per company by TurnPoint's support team, and once enabled, you can manage recipient addresses yourself.
Step 1: Request activation
Email support@turnpointcare.com.au and ask to have Leave Approval Notifications turned on for your organisation.
Step 2: Add recipient email addresses
Go to Other/Config > Notifications. You'll find a section there where you can add the email addresses that should receive these notifications.
