If you have participants who receive regular services, adding repeat appointments can save you time and effort in scheduling. There are three options to add repeat appointments:
Option 1: Appointments Menu
Click on the "Appointments" menu and select "Add Repeat"
Option 2: Participants Page
Navigate to the client’s profile and click on the "Appointments" tab then click “Add Repeat”
Option 3: NDIS Budget Page
This option is recommended if you want the appointment to reflect in the NDIS budget tool.
In this article, we will use option 3.
Please note that you are required to add package schedule and support purpose prior to this step.
Step 1: Click on the "NDIS Budget" tab from client page
Step 2: Click on "Add Repeat"
Step 3: Select the start date for the repeat appointments (we recommend starting on a Monday)
Step 4: Choose the day(s) you want the repeat to be on (you can create more days afterwards)
Step 5: Select the frequency (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
Step 6: Ensure participant’s package is selected correctly
Step 7: Once you select NDIS service, the set of rates will appear. Please double check if this is showing correctly.
Depending on the date & time of the appointment, the system will pull the relevant code and rate for invoicing.
Step 8: Choose the preferred care worker if applicable, you can leave this blank if you wish
Step 9: Choose the appointment time
Step 10: Optional: select the tasks you want done in this appointment
Step 11: Click "Add Repeat Appointment"
Step 12: To add more repeat appointments for other days, click "Create Similar Repeat"
By following these simple steps, you can easily add repeat appointments and save yourself time and hassle in creating regular services.
