Quick Overview:
We are now looking to populate your TurnPoint database with your existing clients. This process can also be followed whenever you are adding new clients. For businesses who have more than 30 clients, we would strongly recommend a bulk upload, instructions for this can be found at the bottom of this article.
Note: If this is a client who was with your company before, you can just reactivate and bring the records back rather than adding him/her as a new client. Please check here to check the step.

Steps:
- Under the Client header, select Clients
- Select Add New Client
- Complete Client Details - ensure the Client Package has already been created in the system
Mandatory fields will have * next to them. Some fields are required depending on their package.

Preferred Name Nickname, or how the Client prefers to be called

Property Name Not required. Can be the name of a residential complex or retirement village

Default KM Charge Set the number of KMs to charge in every Client appointment. You can override this in individual appointments if needed

KM's from the office Can be used for KM reimbursements from/to the office
Non-Chargeable Select YES only if this is not a billable client. e.g. training, admin, chemist runs etc

Once client details have been created you are able to set up Appointments, Package Schedules, Support Plans, etc.

- Pulled together a list of your clients that will exist inside TurnPoint
- Added each client into TurnPoint
Bulk Upload
For a business that requires more than 30 clients imported, you can download the Bulk Upload spreadsheet attached to this article and fill it out with as much detail as possible. Once ready to upload create a ticket at the top of this page and attach it to the ticket.
