Bulk Send SMS to Care Workers

Providers can now send bulk SMS to Care Workers to notify them of important updates i.e. Covid outbreaks, dangerous weather updates.

Once feature is enabled navigate Care Workers > Bulk SMS

Once in the Bulk SMS page you are able to enter the message to send Care Workers, click Select All or choose which workers you wish to send the message to

The system will flag if there are any invalid mobile numbers for Care Workers who will be selected from the Bulk SMS
