Quick Overview
Qualifications can be anything from certificates to some skills. Once added to the system, you can register qualifications to care workers and service types so that the system can assist in scheduling staff to roster the appointments to the most suitable/qualified staff.
When setting up employees (see article 6) you can assign qualifications to workers and include expiry dates. Useful for certification such as a Flu Shot valid.
