Adding Package Restrictions

The package restriction feature allows you to restrict certain services to be allocated under certain packages to eliminate any possible error or mistake. (e.g. HCP service appointment is created for client under NDIS package)

To get started:

1. Navigate to the Other/Config section of the left hand menu and select “package restrictions”

2. You will now see a matrix of all services and packages you have in your system.

From this screen you can then update and restrict certain packages from certain service types. Once service type is selected as Prevent under certain package, the system will not allow user to add this service type to be scheduled in for client under this package schedule.
