SOAP Notes has been designed for our Allied Health providers, it allows workers to add SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan) Notes to the clients appointment up to 2 days after.
SOAP Notes can be reviewed by other workers when they have an appointment with the client. Admins will also receive an email which highlights what SOAP notes haven't been added to appointments.
