To add in a new pay group:
Step 1: Navigate to the “Pay Groups” section of your system
Step 2: Click on "Add new pay group"
Step 3: Fill out the required details
Group Name: refers to the name of the new pay group
Code: refers to the reference code used for the pay group (this can be left blank)
Sequence: refers to the sequence it is in the pay group list (i.e. 1 is first)
Step 4: Press "add pay group" to submit
That’s it! The new pay group will be added to your system, and you can now sort your workers into their own groups for categorisation purposes.
Please note that this will not affect the actual rate of payment, this will be through your payroll system.
