TurnPoint has been designed to simplify team and care coordination. You are able to search for appointments to make them easily accessible.
Appointments can be searched by client name, support worker assigned, suburb or date in the top left hand corner of the image below

The resulting list showing client name, support worker and date of the appointment is displayed below the search tab. Select the care worker name from the list to rearrange the weekly planner view to that care worker and hence the appointment selected can be edited.
Not all appointments meeting the criteria are displayed when there is a big result set. Use a narrower criteria to reduce the list to a manageable size.
