Searching Appointments

To get to the Appointments Search, select Appointments from the top menu, then Appointments again. There is a search option with filtering available. Fields that can be filtered on are: Appointment Reference Number, Client, Care Worker, Date From, Date To, Status, Start Time, from and to, End Time, from and to, Referrer, Service Type A list of appointments in date/time order is returned. Select the reference number of the appointment you wish to go to and the appointment details screen is then shown.
