To see the status of appointments (accepted, started, rejected, etc) in the system, you can run a report with filters for user, client, type (e.g. accepted, added, cancelled), date, or time.
To get to this menu:
- Navigate to the reports menu and click “system activity”
From here you can filter for activity type as needed, such as how many cancellations you had on a particular day:
Please note: The first column – Appointment reference number allows you to click it and navigate to the appointment page allowing you to see more details regarding the changes under “appointment activity”.
