Reports - Photo Search

When care staff upload a photo during their shift, this photo gets attached to the appointment, and you should be able to find and download the photo from appointment page.

However, sometimes it's not easy to locate the appointment with photo without knowing which appointment has photo uploaded.

This is why we have Photo search feature located under Reports,

Using search bar, you can filter appointments with photo per client and care worker, and for certain period.

If you click on the appointment reference number, the system will take you to the appointment page.
