Reports - Grouped summaries

At TurnPoint, we understand and acknowledge the importance of having accurate and timely reports to inform your decision making. We have developed some standardised reports which can be accessed easily.

A series of reports are available under “Grouped Summaries”, starting with Select All Grouped Summaries to view all reports on offer.

Types of reports available:

1. Shift Summary. Appointments grouped by weekday and shift time, tallied up by staff.
   
2. Service Summary. Appointments grouped by Service Type. Package Summary. Appointments grouped by Package.
   
   
3. On Duty. All staff on duty distributed by weekday, within a specified date range.
   
4. Referrer Summary. Appointments grouped by Referrer, ie. Brokerage.
   
5. Hourly Workload. Weekly summary of appointment counts in any given hour of the day.
   
6. Nil Activity. Clients with no activity or a long period between appointments.
   
7. Time Compliance. Care worker variances in marking appointments as started/ completed on time.
   
8. Annual – Hours/Month. A rolling 12 month report of monthly activity measured by billable hours worked. The current month will show low until the end of month is reached.
