Split availability gives you(care staff) the ability to multiple blocks of your availability within the same day.
Once this feature is enabled, you as a care worker can also update this on your mobile.
This can be done through My Availability menu:
Once you are on My Availability page, click on the date you want to add split availability.
If it is within the date range you can update, you will have this three editable fields.
Please update with the block of times you will be available. In this article, as an example, this care staff is not available between 1300-1500, so she/he add split availability as 0600-1300 AND 1500-2200.
Then click "Update Availability".
You can see it's updated on your mobile:
And this information will flow back into the system for rostering/admin staff as well.
Please note, you cannot update the availability of dates if they are already published. (e.g. Trying to update availability for 12/06 when roster is published til 22/06)
The system will display alert message saying that you cannot update availability.(image below)
Please contact the office if you wish to still update the availability.
