Admin users due to their permissions cannot be assigned work as a default. However, as a care worker, they can.
To assign appointments to admin users, there are a few steps you will need to go through to ensure this is possible:
1. Head into the workers' profile through the quick search or company CRM menu
2. Select the worker of choice, in this example, we will use Kim Barton
3. Once inside the workers' profile, scroll down until you see "care worker"
4. Ensure this is toggled to YES to allow for appointments to be allocated to them
The worker will now be on the list of workers to select when creating appointments.
