While it's not possible to directly undo a cancelled shift, you can easily recreate it using the following detailed steps within the system:
Step 1: Access the Client Profile
Navigate to the client's profile whom you wish to reinstate the cancelled appointment for through either the quick search menu or Company CRM.
Step 2: Locate the "Appointments" Section:
Within the client's profile, you will find an "Appointments" section. Click on this section to access a list of all the appointments or shifts associated with the client.
Step 3: Identify the Canceled Shift:
In the list of appointments or shifts, find the specific one that was previously cancelled and now needs to be reinstated.
Step 4: Select "Create Similar Appointment":
Once you've located the cancelled shift, click on it. Look for an option that says "Create Similar Appointment." This option is designed to duplicate the cancelled shift and make it easy for you to recreate it with the same or similar details.
Step 5: Fill in the Required Details:
After selecting "Create Similar Appointment," a new appointment creation form will appear with prepopulated fields based on the previous appointment. Here, you can amend any necessary details for the shift. This may include the date, time, location, duration, and any other pertinent information.
Step 6: Verify and Confirm:
Double-check all the details you've entered. Once you are satisfied, click the "Add Appointment" button. Your cancelled shift has now been successfully recreated and is back in the system.
