Mobile – Pin SecurityMobile care staff can elect to turn on an additional security feature when using Turnpoint Care on their mobile device.This is established by an administrator modify in the User Admin details and setting the Security setting. A pin is set and can be sent to the care worker. When starting the Turnpoint Care system on the mobile the screen to the right is shown where the pin is entered. Press LOG IN and the home screen will then appear. After a period of inactivity the system is locked and the pin will have to be re-entered to gain access once more.
