It is normal that on some occasions, a shift may run over. At TurnPoint we have build a time variance report to provide you with a single overview to accept or reject any time variances from the original roster.
Appointments which care workers have deviated away from the scheduled start and end times are reported here. The differences are highlighted and an option to accept the variance will see the client billed according to the new times as entered by the support worker. Rejecting the variance means that the client’s billing is unchanged to that scheduled.
Variances are reported for 14 days and then accepted as true if no action is taken. This function is also available from the Dashboard on the Home page, as Start/End Variances.
