In TurnPoint, there are few Travel distances displayed throughout the system. This trip distance is calculated based on the location of appointment. (e.g. client's home)
This article will explore how to interpret this, and how to update/edit if necessary.
1. Trip distance on Weekly Planner
This distance is only an estimated trip distance between appointments and their places to help scheduling, and does not reflect the actual trip distances.
2. Trip distance on Timesheet/mobile interface
This is the distance that's more accurate data using Google map, which will be used for invoicing/payroll export.
In case where there has been some changes to this distance, a care worker has ability to adjust the value on their mobile while processing appointment (image below), and this will be captured through Daily Snapshot.
