Before adding a signature to your filled out form, you must first lock it. This step ensures that no changes can be made to the form once a signature has been added.
After locking the form, you have several options available:
- Add signature
- Unlock draft (to make any changes)
- Save as Entry
- Delete
- Click "add signatures"
Once you click this, a field appears where the person signing can print their name and also sign the form. If you make a mistake, simply click the 'clear signature' button to redo it.
- Once satisfied, click "set signature" to confirm. The box will turn grey to indicate the signature has been added.
- Finally, click "save as entry" to complete the process.
