We recommend referring to Weekly Planner to check the most up to date rostering status, but understand that sometimes you need to look over just one certain client's schedule or appointment. In that case, you can use client's calendar view.
Since there are lots of information on this page, this article will walk you through how you can read and best use of the view.
Navigation
This calendar view can be found through Client > Appointment
Display option
At the top, you can navigate to past/future weeks/months using Previous and Next menu. And set up how many weeks to display using the filter option. (e.g. 4weeks, 8weeks, max 52weeks)
You can also select to have this displayed in Wide view, where the side menu get hidden.
Interpretation
- Date marked in Black - Same as Weekly planner, this indicates Public Holiday
- Day marked in Blue - any day in the past or current week with appointment scheduled is marked in blue
- Day marked in Green - Green indicates current week of checking. In this sample image, we are checking this calendar on WS 09/10
- Day marked in Yellow - This is future days with appointment scheduled

White box next to time of appointment - if the appointment hasn't been scheduled(loaded) yet through Weekly planner, this sits as draft appointment that hasn't turned into a real appointment. This means this appointment will not be pulled through invoicing or payroll.
