In TurnPoint, you can also add an external contractor to allocate appointments to them and pull invoices at a later date.
The step would be similar to adding care worker with few differences in set up.
- Name
- Teams
- Pay Level
- ABN/Contractor Number
Steps:
1. Add in as a new care worker by following these steps
2. Set name to company name (e.g. John’s Mowing Group)
3. Ensure they are allocated to ‘external/brokerage’ team
Once added, you can send login details if you want to give them access to the system and have them complete the appointment.
This way, not only you can capture information on provided services, but also include this into report where necessary.
