The TurnPoint Home Screen provides you with a quick snapshot of what your team is doing today through Daily Snapshot
Some of the key features are outlined below:

Rejected appointments: Appointments submitted to care staff but rejected by them due to unavailability / illness / preference etc

Overdue for Completion: appointments not ‘completed’ from the last 7 days

Pending Approval (active): appointments today, not yet ‘accepted’

Pending Approval (in active): appointments today, not yet ‘accepted’ – users not accessing the system

Appointments Today: total for current day

Declined Appointments: care workers arrive at client’s home and client refused service. Admin staff can then decide to charge / partially charge / cancel the appointment

Start/End Variances: actual attendance times varied from scheduled times. Administrator can accept / reject variance in times, which will flow through to billing & payroll exports. To find out more, click here

Travel Variances: actual travel distance and time as entered by staff, overriding the default settings calculated via Google Maps. These can be approved or rejected by Administrators

Care Workers on Leave: count of staff away on leave / scheduled leave etc

Clients on Hold: clients temporarily not receiving care

Clients on Hold - Ending Soon: on hold periods ending in the next 7 days, possible need for follow up with client

Repeats - Ending Soon: appointment repeats originally scheduled to end in the next 7 days

Package Schedules - Ending Soon: package schedules that are due to end in 21 days

Pending Leave Requests: leave periods requested by care staff and not actioned by admin

Pending Carers Notes: notes added by care staff at the end of client appointments, pending action by admin (archive or add to CRM)

Qualifications Expired/Soon: a matrix of care workers and qualifications shows any qualifications with an expiry date coming up. Administrators are able to follow up
