Overdue for completion is the appointment that was not 'completed' by care workers. This needs to be 'Completed' with correct information (e.g. start/end time, travel KMs) so that it is reflected on Invoicing/payroll export.
Once you click on the number of Overdue for Completion field, the system will show the list of appointments that are not completed for the last 7 days.
It is recommended for admin staff to encourage care workers to complete these. However, if necessary, this can be completed through Timesheets menu by admin user at the office.
Admin staff can navigate any care worker's appointment by using drop down and update appointments through Timesheets menu.
