Daily Snapshot - Pending Approval

Pending approval shows you the list of today's appointments that haven't been accepted by care workers.(Active and In-active care workers)

Please note that these appointments will still be pulled through invoicing and payroll even though they are not accepted or processed. However, it is still recommended that care workers to accept and complete appointments correctly so that the right information can be captured especially when there was change to the appointment (e.g. extended time, Travel WITH occured)
