TurnPoint can be set up to highlight conflicts where an appointment does not align to client preferences, qualifications or overlap with one another.
Clicking on the Care Worker on the Conflicts tab will bring that support worker to the top entry of the Weekly Planner view.

Hover over the appointment to make changes as necessary.
It is recommended to save the schedule updates regularly as you are editing. Remember, saving is not publishing which you will still need to do.
