Sometimes, there might be too much data displayed on Weekly Planner making user (especially rostering team) spend time looking for certain appointments.
This is why we have Display options allowing you apply view restriction. This is highly beneficial when organisation has multiple Teams operating for service delivery. (e.g. Personal worker, volunteer)
When Team restriction is applied (in this case, Personal Care workers), the system will only display the care workers in this team(in this case, Helen B and Angelo F) in the calendar view, and appointments that are allocated to this particular team on your left bar.
cf - Angelo F and Helen B are in Personal Care workers team.
This way, you can focus on allocations of one team at a time and move onto another team's rostering by applying restriction for other team view.
Please note that with this Teams Restriction filter, any unallocated (=pending) appointment that a. doesn't have care worker assigned yet, and b. has care worker allocated but this care worker is not in the selected team (e.g. Domestic care worker team), these pending appointments will also disappear from Weekly planner view.
