On activation of the Two Step Authentication for a provider, all new user logins will show the screen below instead of the dashboard screen.
The SMS option will only show up if a valid mobile number has been entered
Once an option is selected – the code will be sent to the user and the following screen will appear
The user can only use the code sent to them for up to 10 minutes from when it was sent.
The user should then enter the 6-digit code and click DONE – which will continue to the normal login.
NOTE:
Ensure both SMS and Email notifications are on for workers (this can be updated inside their user profile)
